If they were real busy, we could understand but being close to the kitchen area, you could hear them talking and not attending to the clientele. One coffee refill would of been nice, which most of us had to ask for and half the time they never came back.
The breakfast buffet was okay, slight variation each morning but the wait staff was not very friendly and not attentive at all. Best part of the room was it was upstairs and the view was very nice, if you ignored all the noise from the staff maintenance area.

Could not regulate the temperature well, plus with all the leaky windows, maybe that was the best it could do under the circumstances. Heater temp and air temp didn't feel right, sometimes not enough heat, other times too warm. It was very cold during our stay so the room heater was working almost 24/7. Slow drains all around, faucet about to come off, could use an entire makeover.
